Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using FlowOps.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Service Description
FlowOps is a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides project management, CRM, time tracking, knowledge graph, and related operational business tools for teams and organizations.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use FlowOps. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to accept these terms.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to use FlowOps to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account - Interfere with the operation of the service - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others - Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in FlowOps, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to The DataFlow Company TDFC GmbH. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The DataFlow Company TDFC GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FlowOps. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of FlowOps. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Digital Product Rights
If you purchase FlowOps as a consumer, your statutory rights for digital products and digital services remain unaffected. If the service does not conform to the contract, you can require us to remedy the defect within a reasonable time, free of charge, and without significant inconvenience to you. We will also provide the updates, including security updates, that are necessary to keep FlowOps in conformity during the agreed supply period and, where applicable, for any additional period required by law. For continuously supplied digital services, conformity is owed throughout the contractual supply period; in addition, the statutory limitation periods under applicable consumer law remain available. If conformity cannot be restored, is refused, or is not achieved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract in accordance with the applicable statutory rules. If you fail to install an update that we made available and properly explained, we are not responsible for defects caused solely by that missing update.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be disabled. We will provide an opportunity to export your data prior to deletion. Account data will be permanently deleted 30 days after termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
